OBT Partner Michael Truncale has been reappointed to the Pattern Jury Charge – Malpractice, Premises, Products Committee of the State Bar of Texas.  The Pattern Jury Charge Committee is appointed by the President of the State Bar of Texas, and its function is to publish the questions and instructions that must be given to a jury in order to render verdicts in different types of cases.
