Nathan handles cases in all areas of litigation, with an emphasis on complex commercial litigation, DTPA, banking litigation, employment litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and personal injury defense. He also represents local governments and cities in litigation and general business matters. He has tried cases in state, federal, and JP courts in Texas. He has also tried and handled cases before the Texas Workers Compensation Commission, and has handled commercial and employment arbitrations.

Nathan has been selected as a 2004 Texas Rising Star by Texas Monthly. He is a member of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, the 2005 Texas Rising Star and the Michelle F. Mehaffy American Inn of Court. He is also active in the local and state bar.

Nathan graduated magna cum laude from St. John's University in 1997 with a degree in finance. He was a member of Beta Gama Sigma and the St. John's University men's soccer team. He received his law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law and was admitted to the bar in 2000.

Nathan is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts and the federal courts in the Northern, Southern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Texas. Nathan is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Nathan practices primarily in the firm's office in Beaumont.
