Jennifer has a civil litigation based practice. She handles a variety of civil cases including, personal injury cases, property damage cases, product liability cases, and business disputes.

Jennifer has assisted in the representation of:

• Various companies regarding premises liability actions;
• An individual in a property conversion dispute; 
• An individual in a secured transaction dispute;
• Several insureds in negligence suits arising from automobile accidents; 
• A utility company regarding property damage to its lines; 
• Individuals in personal injury suits;
• A client in a fraudulent transfer dispute; and
• Various companies regarding product liability actions.

Jennifer graduated summa cum laude from the University of Houston with her J.D. in 2003. While at the University of Houston, Jennifer was an Article Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law. She is a member of the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Barons. Jennifer graduated magna cum laude from Lamar University in 2000, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree.

She is admitted to practice in Federal District Court for the Southern District of Texas, 2004, and Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, 2005.

She is a member of the Jefferson County Bar Association, Hardin County Bar Association, Texas Young Lawyers Association, and Phi Alpha Delta.

Jennifer practices primarily in the firm's office in Silsbee.
