Professional Liability Practice Group

The firm counsels and represents individual professionals and corporate providers in civil litigation, arbitration, and other matters involving professional liability issues, with an emphasis on defending claims of malpractice and professional negligence. We work closely with institutional clients in the area of risk management in an effort to minimize the likelihood of malpractice/negligence suits. These services are provided in a number of professional areas, including legal, accounting, engineering, construction, and architectural related negligence. We counsel and represent individual professionals and institutional providers in aspects of credentialing and licensing by state boards and agencies. In conjunction with the services provided to these professionals in business chartering, organization, and formation by the corporate group of our firm, we are able to provide professionals with a full and diverse array of services, permitting our firm to act as the full service firm for professionals and their legal needs.
